Ticket Triage & Reply Drafter

Ready to run

Classifies an incoming support ticket as billing, bug, or how-to, then drafts a ready-to-approve reply for the support agent.

What it does

Each step shows the tools it's allowed to touch.

Fetch Ticket Context

Read the ticket subject, body, customer name, and source channel provided by the agent.

Fetch from Zendesk or Intercom
zendesk

If the ticket source is Zendesk, fetch the ticket details from Zendesk; if Intercom, fetch from Intercom using the provided ticket ID or channel reference.

Classify

Analyse the ticket content and classify it as Billing, Bug, or How-To. Assign a confidence level (High/Medium/Low) and write a one-sentence classification_reasoning.

Draft Reply

Write a polished customer-facing reply (under 150 words unless complexity demands more) that directly addresses the classified issue and ends with a clear next step.

Internal Note

If escalation signals are present (large billing dispute, data-loss bug, at-risk customer), generate a suggested_internal_note for the agent; otherwise leave it empty.

Return Structured Output

Return all four/five fields — category, confidence, classification_reasoning, draft_reply, and (if applicable) suggested_internal_note — in the structured output.

Post approved reply back to ticket system
zendesk

Once the support agent approves the draft reply, post it back to Zendesk or Intercom (based on the ticket source) as a customer-facing comment and mark the ticket with the classification category.
