What it does

Draft Welcome DM

Using the member's username, server name, and provided resources, draft a warm, personalized welcome DM. Greet them by username, express excitement about them joining, and list each resource with its name and link in a clean, readable format.

Send Discord DM

Send the drafted welcome DM to the new member via Discord using their Member ID.

Log to Airtable

Create a new record in Airtable with the member's username, Discord Member ID, server name, and the current timestamp as their join date.

Confirm & Return

Return the final welcome DM text, the list of resources included, and a confirmation message that the member was successfully logged in Airtable.
