Scans your Gmail inbox for reimbursement-related emails and sends you a summary via Slack.
Each step shows the tools it's allowed to touch.
Search the user's Gmail inbox for emails related to reimbursements using the provided keywords (e.g. 'reimbursement', 'expense', 'refund'). Collect sender, subject, date, and a one-sentence summary for each match.
Organize the matched emails into a clean digest: group by status if detectable (pending, approved, rejected), list each email with sender, subject, date, and summary. Note the total count.
Send the compiled digest as a Slack message to the recipient specified by the user (DM or channel). Format it clearly with a header, bullet points per email, and a total count at the bottom.
Every number here is platform-tracked, not self-reported.
