Watches for new files in Dropbox or Box, uses AI to tag and categorize them, then logs the organized metadata to an Airtable index.
Each step shows the tools it's allowed to touch.
Accept the incoming file name, path, content preview, and storage source (Dropbox or Box).
Use the file name and content preview to generate 3–7 descriptive tags, a 1–2 sentence summary, and a suggested folder/category path that reflects the file's type and topic.
Map the content type and tags to a recommended folder structure (e.g. Finance/Invoices/2024, Legal/Contracts, Marketing/Creative Assets). Prefer broad top-level categories with specific sub-folders.
Create a new record in Airtable with fields: File Name, File Path, Storage Source, Tags, Summary, Suggested Folder, and Date Added.
